How can we help?
Email us at eliasarchery@gmail.com. Tell us your Apple Watch and iPhone models and what happened, and we'll get back to you.
What do I need?
An Apple Watch Series 8 or later, or an Apple Watch Ultra, paired with an iPhone. XTuned needs the watch's high-rate motion sensors, which older watches don't have.
How should I wear the watch?
On your bow arm, the arm that holds the bow, snug enough that it doesn't slide while you draw and release.
How do I set up a bow?
On the watch, add a bow: choose compound or recurve, give it a name, and pick your bow hand. Then calibrate it once with 3 to 5 shots so XTuned learns that bow's release.
How does Coach View work?
After you tap Start Session on the watch, choose Coach View. Each arrow appears on the paired iPhone a moment after you shoot, and whoever holds the iPhone marks where it hit. Keep the iPhone close (about 10 m) with XTuned open while you shoot. If the app was closed, it reconnects and catches up when it's opened again.
XTuned counted something that wasn't a shot, or missed one.
That's rare, but it can happen. You can leave an arrow out of a session on your iPhone; excluded arrows are dimmed and left out of the numbers. In Coach View, the coach can mark it as Not an Arrow. If it keeps happening, email us with the date of the session.
Where is my data stored?
On your Apple Watch and your iPhone, and the workout in Apple Health. Nothing is sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
On the iPhone, swipe left on a session and tap Delete. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. Workouts saved to Health can be deleted in the Health app.
